The Psychopomp

The psychopomp leads the individual to the inner worlds and subjective experience. In the young, this is often achieved through nursery rhymes and fairy stories. Later, as the personality reaches maturity, the psychopomp finds expression through the muse in poetry and more directly, through dreams.
