In this third of 5 lectures, Dr. Baker continues with Cancer on the Ascendant and several more aspects pulled from Marie Antionettes horoscope. He then cites a fascinating list of 15 criteria for determining whether or not the esoteric rulerships apply to a person and therefore whether or not esoteric astrology applies. If enough of these criteria are not met, one continues with traditional astrology. These are most excellent rules for living ones life.
